On Monday, February 18, 2019 Palau Community College Continuing Education in partnership with Republic of China – Taiwan and Palau Visitors Authority concluded a three-day Basic Conversational Mandarin class free of charge to 13 participants from Ministry of Finance Bureau of Revenue and Taxation and Bureau of Customs and Border Protection. On hand to present certificates were PCC President Dr. Patrick U. Tellei, PVA Executive Director Stephanie Nakamura, and Dean of Continuing Education Jefferson Thomas. PCC language instructor Ms. Shu Yun Tsai from ROC Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF) conducted the training held at PCC Continuing Education Training Room.
