Transcripts that are signed, sealed, and mailed directly from your college/university’s registrar to our office via U.S.P.S., FedEx or DHL will be deemed official so long as the transcripts are indicated as such. Online transcripts may be accepted as official if your college/university participates with Scrip-Safe International (http://www.scrip-safe.com/products/electronic-transcripts/network-members.aspx). PCC recognizes Scrip-Safe International as valid means of obtaining official transcripts on-line.
