The emphasis of this course is to prepare the pre-service students for the Palau Police Academy’s physical training and to assist the in-service police officer in meeting and maintaining standard police department physical training requirements.
The emphasis of this course is on more advanced application of self-defense techniques with the emphasis on executing counterattacking moves and defensive maneuvers. It will also introduce defenses against multiple attackers and disarming of armed attackers.
