The institutional culture of PCC will be one that embraces planned changes to continually improve and links the mission and vision in quaranteeing quality and excellence. The College will diversify and increase resources to provide quality programs and services, facilities, technology, and human resources to support its mission and goals. The College will be prudent in the allocation of resources to support operations and in support of its short, medium and long range plans in line with the strategic directions and mission of the college. The College will provide data driven assessment which generates accurate and reliable information, identify specific evidence of its efforts in strategic areas, analyze that evidence, and use its findings to make planning and resource allocation decisions as the basis for continuous improvement.
